Before your arrival
A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with all the necessary information:
Access code for the main gate, unique check-in code you will need upon arrival and a link for online check-in (optional, but recommended).
We recommend completing the online check-in prior to your arrival. If you do so, the process at the terminal will be much faster, as you will only need to pick up your access card.

Check-in time : from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
Check-out time : until 11:00h. -

Arriving at Can Savella
Access to the building: Enter the access code at the main door to enter.
Check-in at the automatic terminal: If you completed the online check-in, you will only need to enter your unique code and pick up your access card. If you did not complete online check-in, the machine will guide you to scan your ID and complete the process.
Payment of fees and reservation: If you have not paid in full in advance, the machine will ask you to pay the reservation and the corresponding eco-fee.
Key delivery: Once the process is completed, the terminal will issue an access card for your apartment.
